Once the first applications pop in, you can start evaluating which candidate to hire. Choose the candidate you find best suited for the job and press hire. That’s it, you are done.
Gigsly charges a fee for the service once a payout has been made. Gigsly handles the payment to the person who performed the work for you, but it is your company that is the employer. In the portal, you will find reports for your accounting firm to be able to declare taxes. Of course, we have an integration with the Swedish Tax Agency and calculate the correct tax based on current rules.
How do I know if the candidate I hired through gigsly meets my qualification?
The idea is that for the environment to be self-regulating, considering that restaurants that have previously hired gigslers have also given them an assessment. Our gigslers also get emblems if they are always on time or always have over 4 stars for previously performed gigs. But the main idea with gigsly is that you as a restaurant owner should be able to find staff in an easy way whenever you need it. If for any reason you want to hire one of our giggles outside of our system, well then we are just grateful and happy that we have helped in that process. No extra fees or hidden agendas.
Who is legally the employer when I hire through gigsly?
As a restaurant, you are the legal employer. Our platform is a brokerage service and we also carry out the salary payout. However, we have reports for you to use so that it is easier to declare your taxes. Feel free to write to us if you want an integration to your accounting system. We want to simplify things all the time and appreciate all kinds of feedback.
How much does it cost?
In addition to the net salary amount, we charge your card with our fee which is SEK 149 99 plus VAT and the net salary amount paid to the person who performed the gig. The actual amount that the gig should be on is determined by you, we only make the payment according to how you have set up the gig.
Can I manage all my employees through gigsly?
No, unfortunately not yet, but it is on our to do list. We will expand the service with scheduling and customizations that give you the ability to run Gigsly as an internal tool. Keep an eye on our website for upcoming news.
In which countries can you use gigsly at the moment?
At the moment, we handle Sweden in the platform but of course we cannot keep such a good service as gigsly just for ourselves. Expansion to our Nordic friends is planned, so keep an eye on our website to know when.
